Our itSHOWCASE event is unlike any other.
We hold 12 ‘Discovery Days’ throughout the calendar year, to give our attendees the most efficient way to learn about and choose the most suitable ERP system for their business.
But what is a Discovery Day?
A unique format, our events are a one-day ‘pop-up exhibition’, held at premier venues across the UK. We provide a convenient, free and time-efficient approach to selecting your next software partner.
We understand the time it takes to research, discover and meet with the correct ERP vendors to suit a business. It takes up a lot of time and resource, which is why our event simplifies this sometimes overwhelming task for those looking to update their current ERP system, or those wishing to get started.
We match our visitors with the providers that are most suited to them. They then have scheduled one-on-one meetings with the carefully selected ERP providers.
What makes a Discovery Day different?
Our Software Discovery Days contain all the major ERP software providers you’d expect to be there (SAP, Microsoft, Netsuite, Sage….) and perhaps a few others that are new to you. A Discovery Day is all about creating a shortlist of potential matches for your business, quickly and easily, so having a choice of the entire market is important.
Next, you want a consultative approach from the experts representing the ERP vendors, not a sales pitch. The ethos of a Discovery Day is about helping you find the perfect solution, not any solution. So you can be sure anyone you meet on the day is there to help guide you in the right direction, not make a sale. In fact, it has been known for suppliers to rule themselves out if they feel they’re not the right fit and send you to look at other software that better suits.
How does this format work?
It’s all in the preparation!
When you sign up, one of our team will contact you to clarify their requirements, identify prospective ERP candidates and arrange a series of software Discovery Meetings for you.
When you arrive at the event, you will be fully prepared with a personal itinerary of scheduled meetings. You know who you’re meeting and the exhibitors will be briefed and ready to answer your questions and recommend the best solutions. No time-wasting – just focused Q&As with expert, industry-specific suppliers.
And what can visitors take from their Discovery Day?
As we mentioned, the meetings aren’t sales pitches, but rather a fact-finding and Q&A session for the ERP providers to best understand their prospective customers’ needs and requirements.
This helps to build an understanding – on both sides – and is a necessity for the customer to take the next steps in their ERP journey.
