Latest batch of recruits bolsters OrderWise team

The substantial growth at Saxilby software specialist OrderWise shows no signs of slowing down as the company welcomes nine new starters.

Having officially moved into its brand new £1.3m extension, the firm has made room for another round of new recruits across several of its departments.

The newly formed Internal Improvements team is growing thanks to the arrival of Anthony Deacon, who is now in charge of content creation for the internal training software Moodle. Anthony’s role will help expand staff knowledge at OrderWise through improved training resources.

Thanks to their wealth of experience from previous roles, Dominic Garlick and Neil Baker join the team as an implementation specialist and software trainer respectively.

Also hitting the ground running are client account managers Sophie Bradley and Thomas Brocklesby. Sophie was previously Deputy Events Manager for Lincolnshire YMCA, while Thomas worked as an Internal Account Manager for a warehouse company.

Meanwhile, Christopher Lupton and Adrian Bunn are both settling in to their new roles as reports and layouts writers thanks to their previous experience with business software.

Nathan Barber, a recent graduate from the University of Lincoln, has been taken on as a technical support advisor and Lindsay Smith as a technical author. Thanks to his degree in computer science games development, Nathan’s extensive knowledge of computers means he’ll be able to assist clients with their technical queries. Lindsay, who also runs her own small business selling home-made cards and frames, will be responsible for ensuring that the OrderWise help guide is kept up to date.

Director of OrderWise David Hallam said: “This ongoing recruitment drive is part of our commitment to enhancing the support and resources available to our customer base, in which we’re fortunate enough to be seeing increasing growth.

“It’s exciting to see so many new aspects of the business falling into place, in the form of premises as well as teams and departments. I’d like to wish all new colleagues the best of luck in their roles.”
