If you’re a first timer to anything ERP, or even a seasoned ‘traveller’ to events, you still may not know what to expect from an ERP Discovery Day. So here’s a few pointers to help you, so you know the format:
Our doors open at 10
We choose epic venues, which are very well known, easy to find and even easier to navigate your journey there and back! When you come to ‘check in’ at the front desk, have your QR code ready – but don’t worry, we can always check you in manually.
Your meetings are set
We will have been in touch with you prior to the event, to find out your specific needs for a new ERP system/software. Your meetings are booked, and your ERP exhibitors are ready to meet with you. Get your questions ready!
Have a breather
After your one-to-one meetings you’ll have a lot to think about! Take some time, grab a drink (we always have an outlet at our events) and take some notes before your next meeting. Compare and contrast is the key.
Take a look around
Yes, we have set you up with up to 5 meetings that best suit your business requirements, but you are more than welcome to look at our other ERP exhibitors and see what they may have to offer! Make sure you have some questions ready for them too…!
Take oodles of notes
We have a notes section in our itSHOWCASE Guidebook for a reason, because there’ll be so many elements that you’ll have to remember from every provider! You can fire any questions at them, and take a note of their response, as you may want to come back to them at a later date.
