Leading Danish Lean Six Sigma consultancy and education centre Storm – House of Six Sigma has announced that it has entered a strategic partnership with global manufacturing and quality intelligence solution vendor InfinityQS. In doing so, its customers will be able to access Enact from InfinityQS, a powerful cloud-based manufacturing and quality intelligence solution, allowing users to process and gather critical quality data in an intuitive manner.
Since 2002, Storm – House of Six Sigma has focused on working with customers to optimise and implement Lean Six Sigma on both a national and international scale. This is delivered through a wide range of quality, improvement culture, change management, training programmes and consultancy, all designed to support customers on their ‘process excellence’ journey.
Faced with the inevitable force of Industry 4.0, manufacturers are increasingly focusing on their actual production environments to see what data can be gleaned to improve processes and streamline operations. To help customers realise their Industry 4.0 aspirations, Storm – House of Six Sigma has partnered with InfinityQS to provide Enact to their own customers. Enact is a quality intelligence platform that speeds and simplifies real-time quality data collection, reporting, and analysis. Whether a company operates one manufacturing site or sites in multiple locations, Enact can help meet the most pressing goals: reducing scrap and waste, improving product quality, and maintaining compliance.
Marcus Sørensen, Consultant at Storm – House of Six Sigma, commented on the partnership: “Industry 4.0 is a real game-changer for the manufacturing industry and because of this we are now readily seeing organisations looking to unlock greater value from their data to improve processes and secure competitive quality. Through our relationship with InfinityQS our customers now have access to a cutting-edge solution – Enact – that will enable those firms to achieve this goal. Enact represents the next generation of quality intelligence and we’re thrilled to have this as part of our portfolio.”
Jason Chester, Director of Channel Programs for InfinityQS commented on the announcement: “Manufacturers are facing increased pressure to extract maximum value from information and improve processes, such as quality management. Enact rewrites expectations of quality intelligence for manufacturers by helping them to visualise the entire enterprise with information that has never been previously available. Organisations, such as Storm – House of Six Sigma are great testaments to this as they understand the drivers for this and are making significant strides in addressing it. We look forward to a long and collaborative relationship with them.”
