Research, research, research
You have your list of vendors, so it’s a good idea to research each of them for what they provide, and if their expertise can help you with your next project.
For example:
What are your software requirements?
Do you need inventory management?
Do you require service management?
Is a sales and marketing feature important to you?
Support requirements:
You’ll need to outline your service expectations, to ensure your potential partner offers the kind of support service that will allow you to get the most out of the solution. Don’t be frightened to ask questions – you want to find the perfect ERP software for your business.
